Adair County Abstract & Title, LLC (“ACAT”) was established in January 2017. It is located directly across from the Adair County Courthouse where Eastside Abstract Company, LLC was located for decades. ACAT understands the importance of offering great customer service in addition to performing one’s job in an efficient, timely and professional manner. Despite the fast-pace world of the real estate industry, ACAT will ensure your experience is as pleasant as possible for it understands its customers are the root of its business and that the customer’s needs are most important.

Travis Pack

Office Manager
Travis was born and raised in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. His family has been lifelong residents of Sequoyah County. His hobbies include hunting and fishing. Travis is a licensed abstractor and is also one of the closing agents for Adair County Abstract & Title, LLC.

Penny Bolin

Penny moved to Adair County in 1978 and graduated from Westville High School. After graduation she married her husband of 36 years David Bolin. David is a born and raised Adair County guy. David works for Schwans/Mrs. Smiths Bakery in Stilwell where he has been for 39 years.
Penny and David have a son Brian and a daughter Ashlie. Penny worked 20 years in Home Health and then for the Adair County Clerk for 4 ½ years prior to joining the team at Adair County Abstract & Title, LLC in July, 2016. Penny has come to learn the aspects of abstracting and is a licensed abstractor.

Lorie Owens

Post Closer / Abstractor
Lorie Owens has been an Adair County resident most of her life and currently resides in the small community of Baron. She worked for 12 years in the insurance industry before moving on to work at the Adair County Courthouse in both the County Clerk and Commissioners offices for 6 years before leaving in 2019 and joining Adair County Abstract & Title. She is a licensed abstractor and currently works in the Closing Department as a Post Closer.

Brenda Maddan

Brenda is a native of Adair County where she resides with her husband, Mike, and their 4 boxers. She has a B.A. in English, a M.E. in Secondary Education, an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration, and is a National Board Certified Teacher in Library Media. She retired from teaching in 2016, and became a real estate agent for Century 21 Wright Real Estate. Brenda joined the team at Adair County Abstract & Title in 2020 as a closing agent.

Leigha Wilkinson

Post Closer
Leigha is from Alma, Arkansas and is a graduate from Alma High School. She attended college at the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain in Mena, Arkansas and now resides in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Leigha began her career at SCA Title, LLC and in April of 2021 moved to Adair County Abstract & Title, LLC as a post-closer.
